Are your estimates free?
Yes, estimates are free. Tell us what you've noticed and what kind of fireplace, stove or dryer vent you have, and we'll explain what the work involves before anything starts.
Can I reach you at night or on a weekend?
24-hour service is available Sunday–Friday, and we accept emergency calls. If you smell gas, see smoke where it shouldn't be, or suspect a chimney fire, leave the house first and call 911 from outside.
Can you come out the same day?
Sometimes. Same-day visits are available when the schedule allows, so it helps to call as early as you can and describe how urgent the problem is.
Do you work on gas fireplaces?
Yes. We service, install and repair gas fireplaces and other gas appliances, including gas fireplace repair for units that won't light or stay lit. We work on all the major brands.
